When can an AMERICAN citizen:

When can an AMERICAN citizen:

1. Be assumed GUILTY before anything is proven and without due process of law?
2. Be charged with a SERIOUS offense in a court of "law" with FALSE allegations, past history, and lies?
3. Face SERIOUS consequences, jail time and life long stigma because of lies and hearsay "evidence"?
4. Be routinely denied the constitutional right to confront an accuser in court?
5. Be routinely denied ALL constitutional rights to privacy, self incrimination and due process?

And when can AMERICAN children be punished, tortured, interviewed without legal protection & strip searched without due cause or WARRANT, and having parent or attorney present to protect their rights?

These injustices are taking place DAILY in this "great" nation and may be happening to someone you know!
The tyranny masquerades as an agency called "Child Protective Services"
and "Family Court"!
Please help take a stand to these obvious injustices!
